By publishing theoretical and empirical research across the disciplines of sociology, anthropology, demography, cultural studies, and communication studies, the journal seeks to rigorously investigate emerging social pathologies and structural transformations. Ultimately, it endeavors to foster a dynamic praxis between the production of specialized academic knowledge and effective, evidence-based policymaking in response to the multifaceted challenges confronting Iranian society.”
