زمینه‌های فرهنگی-اجتماعی ناقص‌سازی جنسی زنان با محوریت «ختنه» در استان هرمزگان

چکیده
یکی از انواع خشونت علیه زنان، ناقص‌سازی جنسی مثل ختنه است که موجب آسیب جسمی، جنسی و روانی و یا رنج زنان می‌شود و ناشی از مسائل فرهنگی و اجتماعی است و کم‌تر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف مقالۀ حاضر تحلیل زمینههای فرهنگی-اجتماعی ناقص‌سازی جنسی زنان با محوریت «ختنه» در استان هرمزگان است. با استفاده از پارادایم تفسیرگرایی اجتماعی، روش تحقیق، نظریۀ زمینه‌ای با رویکرد اشتراوس و کربین و تکنیک مصاحبۀ عمیق، داده‌ها گردآوری شدند. حجم مشارکت‌کنندگان برابر با ۱۵ نفر بود که با ترکیبی از روش نمونه‌گیری نظری و گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. طبق یافته‌ها، مقولۀ مرکزی حاکی از اثرگذاری نهادهای دین و خانواده در تداوم و «بازتولید سوژگی مردانه بر بدن زنان» بوده است. شرایط علّی شکل‌گیری این بازتولید شامل فریب‌دیدگی، بی‌تجربگی، انفعال، هراس و احساسات یا ادراک آزاردهنده بود. شرایط مداخله‌گر شامل سنت‌گرایی، الزام هنجارهای دینی، کلیشه‌های جنسیتی، کلیشه‌های سرکوبگرانه و بیگانگی فرهنگی بود. کنشگران در جهت مخالفت با پدیده و انقطاع آن نیز از راهبردهایی چون گریز (فرار، به‌تأخیرانداختن) و توانمندسازی جنسیتی استفاده می‌کردند که پیامدهای استفاده از این راهبردها، کناره‌گیری، نقصان زنانه، آسیب فیزیکی، روحی و عاطفی، نارضایتی و تقابل اجتماعی بود.
