مطالعۀ پدیدارشناختی معنای توسعه در بین مناطق حاشیه‌نشین شهر رشت

چکیده
توسعه ساختاری اجتماعی-فرهنگی دارد؛ بدین‌جهت مطالعۀ ساختار فهم آن در بین مناطق حاشیه‌نشین، می‌تواند بهره‌مندی اکثریت جامعه از آثار توسعه و عدالت توزیعی را که به معنی تقسیم عادلانهٔ فرصت‌ها و بهره‌مندی از آثار و پیامدهای آن است، تأمین کند و اولویت‌بندی تأمین نیازهای حداقلی را نیز برای مناطق حاشیه‌نشین امکان‌پذیر سازد. بدین‌منظور برای درک معنای توسعه و تجربهٔ زیستهٔ افراد در میان حاشیه‌نشینان، با روش پدیدارشناسی با ۴۳ نفر از حاشیه‌نشینان مصاحبهٔ عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که حاشیه‌نشینان توسعه را به‌مثابهٔ پیشرفت‌محوری، اخلاق‌محوری، شفاف‌محوری، کیفیت‌محوری و روان‌محوری می‌دانند و از دیدگاه آن‌ها، توجه به مناطق حاشیه‌نشین از طریق مؤلفه‌های اشاره‌شده باعث ازحاشیه‌درآمدگی این مناطق خواهد شد. همچنین، چرخش مؤلفه‌های میانی از طریق یک بسط تئوریک ساختار شکل‌گیری منش قدرتمندانه شهری را به عنوان مقولۀ محوری این تحقیق نشان داد.
