fa شرم اجتماعی بیکاری: مطالعۀ زمینه‌ای در میان کارگران بیکارشده مسائل اجتماعی Social problems پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">این مطالعه بر اهمیت توجه به ابعاد اجتماعی و روانی بیکاری و نقش نهادهای حمایتی در کاهش آثار منفی آن تأکید دارد</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus">.</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"> در شرایط دشوار اقتصادی و تنگناهای حاکم بر بنگاه‌های تولیدی، توجه بیش‌ازپیش به کارگران به‌عنوان سرمایه‌های ارزشمند کشور و موتور محرک توسعۀ اقتصادی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. ناامنی شغلی و بیکاری می‌تواند تأثیر عمیقی بر زندگی شخصی و آیندۀ شغلی افراد داشته باشد و آن‌ها را با بحران‌هایی نظیر ازدست‌دادن هویت، مشکلات اقتصادی و خانوادگی مواجه کند. این مقاله با بررسی تجربه بیکاری و پیامدهای روانی و اجتماعی آن در میان کارگران بیکارشده در تهران، در پی فهم فرآیند مواجهه و کنارآمدن کارگران با بیکاری و آسیب‌های ناشی از آن است. مطالعۀ حاضر با رویکرد تفسیری-کیفی و روش نظریۀ زمینه‌ای (داده‌بنیاد) برساخت‌گرا اجرا شده است. پژوهشگران برای گردآوری داده‌های موردنیاز، در سه نقش کارگر، محقق و کارمند یکی از نهادهای حمایتی در میدان تحقیق حضور یافته‌اند و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با ۳۷ کارگر بیکارشده گردآوری شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع دردسترس و نظری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها نیز در چهارچوب نظریۀ زمینه‌ای برساخت‌گرا، طی سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری اولیه، متمرکز و نظری تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد تجربۀ بیکاری دارای ابعاد گوناگونی ازجمله ننگ اجتماعی بیکاری، بحران هویت، بحران اقتصادی، بحران خانوادگی، تجربۀ شرمساری و روان‌رنجوری است که درنهایت همگی ذیل مقولۀ &laquo;شرم اجتماعی بیکاری&raquo; صورت‌بندی شده‌اند. این مقوله ابعاد مختلفی از تجربۀ طرد، تجربۀ شکست شخصی و ناتوانی در کامیابی را به دنبال دارد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif=""><span new="" roman="" times="">Given the challenging economic conditions and the constraints faced by manufacturing firms, it has become increasingly crucial to focus on workers as valuable national assets and the driving force behind economic development. Facing job insecurity and unemployment can have a significant impact on individuals&#39; personal lives and future careers.This paper aims to understand the process of workers&#39; coping and dealing with unemployment and its associated harms.The study was conducted using an interpretive-qualitative approach and a constructivist grounded theory method.&nbsp;To collect the necessary data,&nbsp;the researchers participated in the field in three roles:&nbsp;worker,&nbsp;researcher,&nbsp;and employee of a support organization.&nbsp;To select participants,&nbsp;a purposive sampling method of convenience and theoretical sampling was used.&nbsp;With the number of samples reaching 37,&nbsp;theoretical saturation was achieved.&nbsp;Data analysis was conducted within the framework of constructivist grounded theory, and the text was coded in three levels of primary, focused, and theoretical.
