fa زندگی در حاشیه: ویژگی‌های محلات حاشیه‌نشین کلان‌شهر اهواز مسائل اجتماعی Social problems پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif=""><span lang="FA"><span style="color:#0d0d0d">&laquo;زیست در حاشیه&raquo;، برساختۀ شرایط و اقتضائات و فرجام پیامدهای عوامل ساختاری بر افراد جامانده از مدار توجه است. یکی از مسائل مهم دربارهٔ محلات پیرامونی شهرها، شناسایی ویژگی‌های گوناگون این محلات است. اهمیت این جستار ازآن‌روست که محلات یادشده ویژگی‌های یکسانی ندارند و هرگونه سیاست‌گذاری و مداخله در این مناطق بدون درنظرگرفتن این ویژگی‌ها نتایج مثبتی در پی نخواهد داشت. بر همین پایه، پژوهش کیفی پیش‌رو از راه مصاحبه با افراد آگاه به موضوع می‌کوشد ویژگی‌های این سکونت‌گاه را شناسایی کند. قلمرو مکانی پژوهش، محلات حاشیه‌نشین استان خوزستان بود و نمونه‌های پژوهش با رسیدن به اشباع نظری متوقف و داده‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون با روش آترید-استرلینگ تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها منجر به برساخت یازده مضمون سازمان‌دهنده با نام‌های انباشتگی مشکلات کالبدی، ناتوانی اقتصادی، سرمایۀ اجتماعی درون‌گروهی بر پایۀ قومیت، محرومیت نسبی مضاعف، طردشدگی، واگرایی‌های اجتماعی-فرهنگی، هبیتاس دوگانه، فعالیت گروه‌های ذینفع، دولت‌محوربودن انتظارات و توقعات، بی‌اعتمادی نهادی و ناامیدی نسبت به تغییر شرایط؛ و چهار مضمون فراگیر با نام‌های فقر چندگانه، آشفتگی محیطی، نابسامانی اجتماعی و ناکارآمدی نهادی (دولت) شد. نتایج تحقیق نمایانگر اهمیت تأثیر متقابل جامعه و فرهنگ و سیاست بر مسئلۀ حاشیه‌نشینی استان خوزستان بود؛ دو نکته‌ای که این استان را به یکی از مهاجرفرست‌ترین استان‌های کشور تبدیل کرده است. بر این پایه، تدوین سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌ها برای مداخله در این مناطق تنها در صورتی موفقیت‌آمیز خواهد بود که بتوان ویژگی‌های مختلف حاشیه‌نشینی را مشخص کرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif=""><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:#1f1f1f">&quot;</span></span><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:#1f1f1f">Living on the margins&quot; is made up of the conditions and circumstances and consequences of structural factors on the people left out of attention. One of the important issues about the surrounding areas of cities is to identify the various characteristics of these areas. The importance of this research is that the mentioned areas do not have the same characteristics and any policy and intervention in these areas without considering these characteristics will not lead to positive results. Based on this, the upcoming qualitative research tries to identify the characteristics of this settlement through interviews with knowledgeable people. The spatial territory of the research was the marginal areas of Khuzestan province, and the research samples were stopped when the theoretical saturation was reached, and the data were analyzed using the technique of thematic analysis with the Atrid-Stirling method. The findings led to the creation of eleven organizing themes with the names of accumulation of physical problems, economic disability, intragroup social capital based on ethnicity, double relative deprivation, exclusion, socio-cultural divergences, dual habitats, interest group activity, state-oriented expectations and expectations, institutional distrust and hopelessness. Relative to changing conditions; And four overarching themes were named environmental characteristics, economic characteristics, socio-cultural characteristics and political characteristics.
