fa واکاوی نگرۀ بازنشستگان از معانی و شاخصه‌های معناداری و معنازدایی زندگی فرهنگ Culture پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif=""><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">پرسش</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">از معنا و هدف زندگی، از پُردغدغه‌ترین مسائل عصر حاضر است و به باور بسیاری از نظریه‌پردازان، یافتن معنای زندگی از مهم‌ترین نیازهای انسان امروز به شمار می‌رود. این امر از منظر بازنشستگان‌ که هم دارای علم و هم دارای تجربۀ زیسته هستند، مهم جلوه‌گر می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، فهم معنای زندگی، شاخصه‌های معناداری و معنازدایی زندگی در بین بازنشستگان استان کردستان در سال ۱۴۰۲ است. برای دست‌یابی به این هدف، از پارادایم تفسیری، روش‌شناسی کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی بهره بُرده شد. میدان پژوهش، شامل بازنشستگان ادارات استان کردستان بود که افراد واجدشرایط بر اساس ملاک‌های مشخصی از اداره‌های آموزش‌وپرورش، برق، بهزیستی و تأمین اجتماعی، تعداد ۲۴ بازنشسته</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">به</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و با معیار اشباع نظری مورد مصاحبۀ عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها در سه تم دسته‌بندی شد: در تم اول که در مورد تبیین معنای زندگی است، دو تم اصلی (شرط معناداری زندگی و هدف از داشتن معنای زندگی) حاصل شد. تم دوم، در مورد شاخصه‌های معنای زندگی و شامل یک تم اصلی (عوامل معناساز در زندگی) بود. تم سوم نیز عوامل معنازدای زندگی شامل دو تم اصلی (عوامل اجتماعی و عوامل ذهنی) را مدنظر قرار داد. بر پایۀ نتایج، اغلب بازنشستگانی که زندگی را بامعنا می‌دانند و برای زندگی‌شان هدفی دارند، زندگی برایشان لذت‌بخش‌تر است و از زندگی خود تقریباً راضی هستند؛ ولی افرادی که از زندگی‌شان راضی نیستند و درنتیجه برای آن تلاش چندانی ندارند، اکثراً زندگی را بی‌معنا جلوه می‌دهند. ازاین‌روست که برای معنادارکردن زندگی و لذت‌بردن از آن، تلاش و هدف در کنار هم بسیار مؤثر خواهد بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif=""><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black">The question of the meaning and purpose of life is one of the most worrying issues of the present age. So that many theorists believe that finding the meaning of life is one of the most important needs of humans today. This becomes important from the perspective of retirees who have both knowledge and lived experience. Purpose: The purpose of the current research was to investigate the meaning of life, meaningful and demeaning indicators in life from the perspective of retirees in Kurdistan province in 1402. To achieve this goal, qualitative approach and descriptive phenomenological method were used. The field of research included the retirees of the departments of Kurdistan province, which are 24 retirees from four departments: education, electricity, welfare, social security. Snowballing was done with saturation criteria, which were identified and selected through the center of retirees. The tool used was semi-structured in-depth interview. The findings were categorized into three themes: In the first theme, which is about explaining the meaning of life. This theme includes 13 items, including: divine gift and gift, effort, education, love and interest, etc. The second theme is about the indicators of the meaning of life, which includes 16 items, such as having a purpose, work conscience, relying on reason and intelligence, love and respect, etc. Among these things are not having a good family, being content, faith and pious deeds, the existence of inappropriate cyberspace, etc.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> معنای زندگی, عوامل معنازدا, بازنشستگان, شاخصه‌های معناداری.
