fa پیشامدها، پیامدها و راهبردهای کنش‌گری کودک‌همسری مبتنی بر فراتحلیل کیفی خانواده و ازدواج Family & Marriage پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">کودک‌همسری یکی از آسیب‌های اجتماعی حوزۀ کودکان در دهه‌های اخیر است. بااین‌حال، نگاهی جامع به این مسئله در مطالعات کمتر به چشم می‌خورد و این مقاله تبیین پیشایندها، پیامدها و استراتژی‌های کنشگری کودک‌همسری را مدنظر دارد. در این تحقیق کیفی، ضمن مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات پژوهشی شامل ۲۶ منبع فارسی و لاتین، داده‌ها گردآوری و با روش فراتحلیل کیفی و استفاده از دستورالعمل PRISMA مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. با توجه ‌به تحلیل داده‌ها، پیشایندهای کودک‌همسری از چهار جنبۀ اجتماعی-اقتصادی، فرهنگی، روان‌شناختی و آموزشی قابل‌تبیین هستند. پیامدهای کودک‌همسری نیز در قالب چهار دسته عوامل مرتبط با سلامت جسمی، پیامدهای اجتماعی، خانوادگی، روحی و روانی ساختاردهی شده‌اند. استراتژی‌های کنشگری افراد نیز در دو دستۀ منفعلانه و فعالانه قرار گرفته‌اند. استراتژی‌های منفعلانه مواردی همچون بی‌تفاوتی نسبت به زندگی مشترک، خروج از رابطه، خودآزاری و انزواطلبی است؛ درحالی‌که استراتژی‌های فعالانه مواردی مانند اقدامات تلافی‌جویانه، مشاوره‌گرفتن، درمان پزشکی، خشونت علیه کودکان و خودکشی را دربرگرفته است. با توجه به یافته‌ها، اتخاذ رویکردی جامع و چندوجهی برای مقابله با کودک‌همسری شامل تلاش برای رفع پیشایندهای کودک‌همسری، حمایت از قربانیان و توانمندسازی آن‌ها برای کنشگری فعال ضروری است. همچنین، با ارتقای آگاهی عمومی، زمینه برای تغییر نگرش‌ها در مورد کودک‌همسری فراهم و با همکاری بین‌بخشی و تدوین قوانین و سیاست‌های مؤثر، آثار زیان‌بار این پدیده از چهره جامعه زدوده می‌شود.<br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Child marriage has been a subject of scientific debate in recent decades as one of the many social harms affecting children. However, a comprehensive perspective encompassing the antecedents, consequences, and activism strategies of child marriage is less reviewed in studies. Accordingly, this paper aims to explain the antecedents, consequences, and activism strategies of child marriage. The research approach is qualitative, and data were collected through a systematic review of the research literature, including 26 Persian and Latin sources, and analyzed using the meta-analysis method and PRISMA guideline. According to the data analysis, the antecedents of child marriage can be explained from four aspects: socio-economic, cultural, psychological, and educational. The consequences of child marriage are also structured in four categories: factors related to physical health, social, family, and mental and psychological. Individuals&rsquo; activism strategies are also divided into two categories: passive and active. Passive strategies include indifference to married life, leaving the relationship, self-harm, and isolation, while active strategies include vengeful actions, seeking counseling, medical treatment, violence against children, and suicide. Considering the findings, adopting a comprehensive and multifaceted approach to combating child marriage is essential. This approach should include efforts to address the antecedents of child marriage, support victims, and empower them for activism.
