fa سازمان‌های غیردولتی و برساخت مسائل اجتماعی (مطالعۀ اتنوگرافیک سازمان‌های غیردولتی سردشت) Non-governmental Organizations and Construction of Social Problems: An Ethnographic Study of Non-Governmental Organizations in Sardasht مسائل اجتماعی Social problems پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پیدایش سازمان‌های غیردولتی در سردشت، با تنوع و تشدید مسائل و آسیب‌های اجتماعی گره خورده است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد سازه‌گرایی اجتماعی و با روش اتنوگرافی شهری به میانجی تجربه و روایت جمعی از کُنشگران مدنی، از راه شناسایی راهبردهای ادعاسازی و ساختن راه‌حل‌ها به نحوۀ برساخت مسائل اجتماعی توسط سازمان‌های غیردولتی سردشت پرداخته است. داده‌های این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختارمند گردآوری و از راه تحلیل تماتیک کدگذاری شده است. نمونه‌های موردمطالعه شامل 34 نفر از فعالان مدنی و دارای کنش‌ورزی یکسره در 31 سازمان غیردولتی بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری با بیشترین تنوع گزینش شدند. بر پایهٔ داده‌های میدانی، «برساخت مسائل اجتماعی» در جایگاه رویکرد، عامل پیدایش اغلب سازمان‌های غیردولتی در سردشت بوده است. این سازمان‌ها برای به ادراک درآوردن مسائل اجتماعی، از راهبردهای «بسترسازی»، «حساس‌سازی» و «نیاز/مندسنجی» به‌عنوان «راهبردهای ادعاسازی» بهره گرفته‌اند و با توسل به اقداماتی چون «توانمندسازی فکری»، «توانمندسازی عملی» و «ارائۀ خدمات مستقیم» به ساختن راه‌حل‌ها مبادرت نموده‌اند. بر مبنای یافته‌ها، راه‌حل‌ها و اقدامات سازمان‌های غیردولتی، در ذیل راه‌حل‌های فردی قابل دسته‌بندی است و جهت‌دهیِ اقدامات آن‌ها معطوف به تغییر فردی بوده است. رویکرد یادشده به دلیل تداوم شرایط ساختی مسائل و آسیب‌های اجتماعی، به تغییرات نهادی و اجتماعی نمی‌انجامد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The emergence of non-governmental organizations in Sardasht is tied to the diversity and intensification of social problems. This research analyzes the experiences of Sardasht non-governmental organizations in the construction of social problems within the framework of the constructivist approach. The current study method is urban ethnography and data is collected through semi-structured interviews and coded through thematic analysis. The studied samples included 34 civil activists who have been continuously active in 31 non-governmental organizations and were selected by sampling method with maximum diversity. Results: Based on the field data, "constructing social issues" as an approach has been the cause of the emergence of most non-governmental organizations in Sardasht. In order to make people aware of social issues, these organizations have used the strategies of "platforming", "sensitizing" and "needs/demand assessment" as "claim making strategies" and by resorting to measures such as "intellectual empowerment", "practical empowerment" and "providing services". Direct" have begun to build solutions. The solutions and actions of non-governmental organizations can be categorized under individual solutions and the direction of their actions has been focused on individual change. The mentioned approach does not lead to institutional and social changes due to the continuation of the structural conditions of social problems and harms.</div> برساخت مسائل اجتماعی, توانمندسازی, حساس‌سازی, سازمان‌های غیردولتی, سردشت.
