fa مصائب زنان شاغل در دوران همه‌گیری بیماری کرونا: تجارب و پیامدها Sufferings of working women during the corona outbreak: challenges and consequences زنان Women پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پیدایش و گسترش بیماری کرونا در ایران و سراسر جهان، آثار و پیامدهای اجتماعی بسیاری در ابعاد گوناگون به همراه داشت. این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی چالش‌های نقش‌های شغلی و خانوادگی زنان شاغل در شرایط بحران کرونا در شهر تهران انجام شده است. با عنایت به مباحث نظری مطرح‌شده، ایدۀ نظری «هاید» پیرامون رابطۀ متقابل نقش‌های شغلی و خانوادگی و پیامدهای آن در قالب حساسیت نظری موضوع، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. رویکرد پژوهش حاضر، کیفی است که به روش «تحلیل مضمون» انجام شده و مشارکت‌کنندگان آن را «زنان شاغل (دولتی و خصوصی) دارای فرزند شهر تهران» در سال 1400 تشکیل داده‌اند. در این مطالعه، از دو روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و نظری استفاده شد. با تحلیل واحدهای معانی و نیز تقلیل تجارب زنان شاغل از نقش‌های شغلی و خانوادگی در دوران کرونا، مضامین «فروکاست نقش مادری»، «حمایت چندلایه از بنیان خانواده»، «فشرده‌شدن صمیمت خانواده» و «اختلال در نظم زندگی روزمره» استخراج گردید. همچنین «هم‌زمانی ایفای نقش مادری و حرفه‌ای»، «دلهرۀ رسیدگی به تحصیل فرزندان»، «مصائب کرونایی زن شاغل تا لحظۀ مرگ»، «رهاشدگی فرزندان در فضای مجازی» از دسته چالش‌های زنان شاغل و مادر در دوران یادشده بوده است. درمجموع، مقایسه یافته‌های مختلف بیانگر آن بود که بیشتر زنان شاغل باوجود ارتقای سطح تحصیلات و افزایش توانمندی‌های حرفه‌ای‌ خود، همچنان نقش‌های سنتی خانگی، رسیدگی به امور فرزندان و کارهای منزل را بر دوش دارند و به‌نوبۀ خود چالش‌های بسیاری را تجربه می‌کنند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">With the emergence of Covid in Iran and all over the world, its effects and social consequences can be seen in different dimensions. The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the challenges of the career and family roles of working women in the conditions of the Corona crisis in Tehran. Considering the theoretical issues raised, the theoretical idea of "Hyde" regarding the interrelationship of job and family roles and its consequences in the form of theoretical sensitivity of the subject has been taken into consideration. The approach of the current research is qualitative and conducted by the "theme analysis" method, and the participants of the research are "all working women (public and private) with children in Tehran" in the year 1400. In this study, two methods of targeted and theoretical sampling have been used. By analyzing the units of meaning and also reducing the experiences of working women from career and family roles in the Corona era, the following themes were extracted: "Frustration of the mother's role", "Multilayer support of the family foundation", "Compression of family intimacy" and "Disturbance in the order of daily life" has been Also, "Simultaneous role of mother and professional", "Anxiety of taking care of children's education", "Coronavirus sufferings of working women until the moment of death", "Abandonment of children in cyber space" have been among the challenges of working women and mothers in this era. In sum, the comparison of different findings shows that the majority of working women, despite improving their education level and increasing their professional capabilities, are still in charge of traditional domestic roles, taking care of children's affairs and housework, and in turn, they face challenges.</div> زنان شاغل, تعارض نقش‌های شغلی و خانواده, بحران کرونا, شهر تهران.
