fa وندالیسم در پارک‌های شهری؛ تحلیلی بر ویژگی‌های جمعیتی و قصد و رفتار وندال‌ها در شهر مریوان امنیت Security پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پارک‌های شهری، ازجمله شاخص‌های توسعه‌یافتگی جوامع قلمداد می‌شوند. پدیدۀ وندالیسم (فعالیت‌های خرابکارانه)</span></span>&nbsp;<span style="color:black"> به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار، اختلال در استفادۀ مردم و کاهش کیفیت محیطی و بصری پارک‌های شهری را در پی دارد. پژوهش حاضر عوامل اثرگذار بر قصد و رفتارهای وندالیستی و نیز ویژگی‌های جمعیتی و زمینه‌ای افراد وندال را بررسی کرده است.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> این </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پژوهش بر اساس ماهیت و شیوۀ گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها، کمّی است که با روش پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته انجام گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، کاربران پارک‌های سطح شهر مریوان بودند که به دلیل مشخص‌نبودن تعداد مراجعه‌کنندگان به پارک‌های شهری، حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش میترا-لنکفورد </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:#190f00">۲۷۷</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#190f00"> نفر برآورد گردید. نتایج نشان داد </span></span><span lang="FA">متغیرهای موردبررسی شامل ضعف <span style="color:black">تعهد و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، احساس تعلق اجتماعی، احساس نابرابری و تبعیض، مقاومت و انتقام‌جویی از جامعه</span> با قصد و رفتارهای وندالیستی در پارک‌های شهر مریوان در جهت مورد انتظار رابطۀ معنادار دارند. همچنین ویژگی‌های جمعیتی و زمینه‌ای همچون جنس، تحصیلات، </span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">جایگاه اقتصادی-اجتماعی، محل سکونت، خانواده و شغل بر پدیدۀ وندالیسم تأثیرگذارند. با تعیین مطلوبیت مدل ساختاری پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی، میزان ضریب تعیین (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">R²</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">) 58/0 به دست آمد که حاکی از دقت بالای مدل نظری پژوهش در پیش‌بینی متغیرهاست. بر اساس نتایج، این پژوهش </span>برخورد قاطع کیفری و اعمال مجازات شدید در برخورد با رفتارهای وندالیستی را فاقد کارایی دانسته و در عوض، ضمن پیشنهاد درک جوانان و جهت‌دهی به اوقات فراغت آنان، درگیرکردن این ظرفیت بالقوۀ جمعیتی در فعالیت‌های سازنده را توصیه می‌کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRLotus"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">Urban parks are considered as one of the indicators of community&rsquo;s development. Vandalism, as a significant and influential factor, leads to the violation of public use level and </span><span lang="EN"><span style="color:black">reducing the environmental and visual quality of urban parks</span></span><span style="color:black">. This study has investigated the determinants of the intentions and behaviors of vandals, as well as the demographic and background characteristics of vandal individuals. This study based on the nature and method of data collection and analysis, is a quantitative descriptive-analytical type that conducted through a survey and researcher-made questionnaire technique. The statistical population of the study was users of city parks in Marivan. The sample size was estimated 277 persons by Mitra-Lankford method due to the lack of specific data on the number of visitors to urban parks. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the investigated variables such as weak social commitment and responsibility, social belonging, feeling of inequality and discrimination, resistance and revengefulness towards society have a significant relationship intention and vandalistic behaviors in the expected direction in the parks. Meanwhile, three variables of feeling of inequality and discrimination, social dissatisfaction and weak commitment and social responsibility were identified as the most important determinants. </span><span lang="EN"><span style="color:black">Also, the results indicated that there is a significant relationship between demographic and background characteristics with vandalistic intentions and behaviors, so that gender, education, socio-economic status, place of family residence, as well as occupation affect the phenomenon of vandalism.</span></span><span style="color:black"> In addition, in order to determine the quality of the structural model, using the structural equation model with the partial least squares approach, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.56 was obtained by Smart-PLS 3 software, which indicates the high accuracy of the research theoretical model in predicting the variables. Based on the results, this article considers the strict punitive measures and severe punishments ineffective in dealing with vandalistic behaviors.
