other زیست‌جهانِ شکاک و انکارِ اجتماعی ویروس؛ نظریه‌ای زمینه‌ای در پاندمی کووید-19 جامعه‌شناسی اقتصادی Economoc sociology پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">پاندمی کووید-۱۹ یکی از برجسته‌ترین چالش‌های سیاسی، اجتماعی و پزشکی </span><span lang="AR-SA">سدهٔ اخیر </span><span lang="FA">بود. از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای اجتماعی در مواجهه با انتشار ویروس، رفتار سالم است و این امر متضمن پذیرش اجتماعی آن. باوجوداین، از ابتدای همه‌گیری در همهٔ کشورها، بخشی از شهروندان ویروس و بیماری را انکار می‌کردند. هدف مطالعهٔ کیفی حاضر، کشف و واکاوی انکار این بیماری در استان کردستان است. بر این اساس، سؤال پژوهش این است که چه دلایل و زمینه‌های اجتماعی به شکل‌گیری انکارِ ویروس در همه‌گیری می‌انجامد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبهٔ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۲۰ نفر از کسانی که ویروس و بیماری را انکار می‌کردند جمع‌آوری و با روش نظریهٔ زمینه‌ای تحلیل شد. مضامین تحقیق ذیل ۲۲ مفهوم اساسی و ۵ مقولهٔ عمدهٔ پزشکینه‌سازی تعمدی، کوچک‌پنداری زیستی، اضطراب اجتماعی و ابتلا، تقدیرگرایی و برساخت اجتماعی ویروس برساخت شد. مضمون مرکزی تحقیق زیست‌جهانِ شکاک است که بخشی از برساخت پزشکینه‌شدهٔ همه‌گیری کووید-۱۹ به شمار می‌رود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black">COVID 19 pandemic was one of the most important political, social and medical challenges in the world. While it was predicted that control of the virus in the first wave would be possible, scientists discussed the potential mutations in new variants and the possibility of uncontrollable mutations in the future. It is clear that one of the most important social strategies in the face of the virus is to follow health practices. But for such a thing, the necessity of accepting and understanding the risk is a preliminary matter. From the very beginning and still in all countries, some citizens deny the existence of such a virus and disease. The present study deals with the social reasons and contexts of this issue in Kurdistan province in Iran. The approach of this qualitative study and data was performed through semi-structured and in-depth interviews with 20 people who denied the virus and disease and the data were analyzed by grounded theory method.
