fa در دفاع از جامعه؛ واکاوی انتقادی انگارۀ فروپاشی اجتماعی در ایران امنیت Security مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">فروپاشی اجتماعی ازجمله انگاره‌های ناظر به مسئلۀ همبستگی اجتماعی در ایران است که از اواخر دهۀ هفتاد تاکنون توسط برخی ادعاسازان وارد فضای تحلیلی جامعۀ ایران شده و با تشدید تنش‌ها و تضادهای سال‌های اخیر مجدداً مورد اقبال قرار گرفته است. در این نوشتار تلاش شده است مبتنی بر رویکرد برساخت‌گرایی اجتماعی، دعاوی طرح‌شده در خصوص فروپاشی اجتماعی مورد واکاوی و ارزیابی انتقادی قرار گیرد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، متن در سه بخش انتظام یافته است؛ در بخش نخست با مرور کلی ادبیات فروپاشی اجتماعی در سپهر گسترده‌تر جهانی، تمایزات کاربست آن در ادبیات داخلی مورد تأکید قرار می‌گیرد. در بخش دوم نیز زمینه‌های مختلف اجتماعی و سیاسی شکل‌گیری انگارۀ فروپاشی اجتماعی در درون رویکرد کلان‌تر زوال‌اندیشی و نحوۀ پیدایی آن در تحلیل جامعۀ ایران در کانون بحث قرار دارد. درنهایت از طریق مرور انتقادی دعاوی ناظر به انگارۀ فروپاشی اجتماعی، نحوۀ برساخت انگارۀ مزبور به بحث گذاشته می‌شود. نتایج نشان داد انگارۀ فروپاشی اجتماعی فاقد دلالت‌های دقیق نظری و مفهومی بوده و در فضای عمومی جامعۀ ایران، در قالب &laquo;ادعای مسئله&raquo;، با هدف حساس‌کردن نظام سیاسی برای بازبینی در سیاست‌های کلان و نیز نحوۀ حکمرانی صورت‌بندی شده است. بااین‌حال، غلبۀ &laquo;رویکرد آسیب‌شناختی به جامعه&raquo; در کنار &laquo;</span><span lang="FA">متهم‌کردن نهاد سیاست به ایجاد مسئله&raquo;، مانع از راه‌یابی انگارۀ مزبور به سیاست اجتماعی شده است</span><span lang="FA">. انگارۀ فروپاشی اجتماعی علاوه بر اینکه دستاوردهای مفهومی و سیاستی چندانی نداشته و از حیث ارائۀ راهکار سترون و دچار لکنت است، از طریق گسترش ادبیات &laquo;اغراق‌آمیز و نمایشی&raquo;، در کنار برتری‌دادن به &laquo;تحلیل و کردار مبتنی بر امر سیاسی&raquo;، عملاً در برابر امر اجتماعی و جامعه سامان یافته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">Social collapse is one of the ideas related to the problem of social solidarity in Iran, which has entered the analytical space of Iran society since the late 90s by some claimants and has been favored again with the intensification of tensions and contradictions in recent years. In this article, based on the approach of social constructionism, the claims made regarding social collapse have been analyzed and critically evaluated. To achieve this goal, the text is arranged in three parts; In the first part, with an overview of the literature of social collapse in the wider global sphere, the distinctions of its application in the domestic literature are emphasized. In the second part, the different social and political contexts of the formation of the concept of social collapse within the broader approach of thinking about decadence and how it is found in the analysis of Iran society are in the focus of discussion. Finally, through a critical review of claims related to the idea of social collapse, the way to construct the said idea is discussed. The results of this study showed that the idea of social collapse lacks precise theoretical and conceptual implications and has been formulated in the public space of Iran society in the form of &quot;problem claim&quot; with the aim of sensitizing the political system to review macro policies and governance. However, the predominance of &quot;pathological approach to society&quot; along with &quot;accusing the political institution of creating the problem&quot; has prevented the mentioned idea from entering social policy.
