fa ایدۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی؛ راهگشا یا گمراه کننده؟ (نقدی بر پژوهش‌های ایرانی سرمایۀ اجتماعی) A critique of social capital’s researches in Iran امنیت Security <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">سرمایۀ اجتماعی در ایران نیز همچون بسیاری از کشورهای دیگر، از پرکاربردترین مفاهیم علوم اجتماعی است و در میان مسئولان سیاسی و اجرایی نیز مقبولیت ویژه‌ای یافته است. این مقاله، به میانجی ارائۀ روایتی از برآمدن و بسط ایدۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی در جهان، دلالت های اجتماعی و سیاسی کلان این مفهوم را در ایران، ارزیابی می کند. مقاله در سه سطح سازمان یافته است ابتدا تاریخچه‌ای مختصر از ایدۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی و برآمدن آن در علوم انسانی جهان و نقد و نظرها دربارۀ آن عرضه می‌شود. سپس به ایجاز از سیر تاریخی طرح ایدۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی در ایران سخن به میان می‌آید و در نهایت پروبلماتیک پژوهش‌ها و تحلیل‌های ایرانی سرمایۀ اجتماعی، گزاره‌های بنیادی این پژوهش‌ها (و تحلیل‌ها)، و راهبردهای پیشنهادیشان مرور می‌شود. آنچه در نهایت این مقاله بر آن تأکید می‌گذارد، شکافی است که میان، مسئله‌مندی، ابزارهای تحلیلی و «سیاست‌ها» و «راهبردهای» پیشنهادی این آثار ظهور کرده است. این پژوهش‌ها در پی تلاش برای توضیح مسائل و تحولات جامعۀ ایران، دربارۀ فقر و نابرابری، ساختار دولت، تغییر مناسبات کلان اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی سخن گفته‌اند، حال آنکه نتوانسته‌اند  در چارچوب ایدۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی در چارچوب ایدۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی زمینۀ نظری و ابزارهای مفهومی درخورِ چنین تحلیلی را فراهم آورند.. مقاله استدلال می‌کند که این آشفتگی</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> صرفاً برآمده از بی‌توجهی محققان ایرانی نیست، بلکه چه بسا برخاسته از پریشانی و تشتت اصل ایدۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی باشد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The article critically examines the applications of the concept of social capital in Iran. It argues that just as the concept gained in popularity among social researchers, political pundits and even elites in Iran, It has also descended into chaos, losing its analytical utility. The article will briefly go over the history of the idea of social capital in the west as its critiques. Then it will turn to the Iranian literature on the concept, particularly focusing on their problematization, analytical frame and policy recommendation. What this article focuses on is the gap that has emerged between problematization, the analytical tool, and the "policies" and "strategies" of the suggestions proposed in these works. In an attempt to explain the problems and transformations of Iranian society. These researches tend to discuss poverty, inequality, structure of government and the changes of economic, social and political relations, while they have not been able to provide an appropriate frame work and conceptual tool based on "Social Capital". And develop conceptual tools appropriate to such an analysis. This article argues that this confusion is not simply due to the ignorance of the researchers but mainly related to the ambiguity of the concept of "Social Capital" itself.</div> سرمایه اجتماعی, اعتماد, نقد درونی, تحلیل اجتماعی.
