fa بررسی مسئلۀ شغل‌یابی فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاهی و عوامل مرتبط با آن (مورد مطالعه: فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاه خوارزمی) امنیت Security پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف این نوشتار، بررسی شغل‌یابیِ دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاهی است. پرسش اساسی این است که چه عواملی با اشتغال مرتبط است؟ بااین‌که عده&shy;ای از فارغ‌التحصیلان در دستیابی به شغل موردنظر خود موفق بوده&shy;اند، اما با توجه به آمار موجود برخی دیگر موفق عمل نکرده&shy;اند. در سطح کلان رشد اقتصادی، ثبات سیاسی و مقررات کسب‌وکار و در سطح خرد و میانه، موضوع شبکۀ روابط اجتماعی و مهارت در اشتغال&shy; فارغ&shy;التحصیلان اهمیت دارد. این مقاله، عوامل خرد و متوسط در شغل‌یابی فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاهی را مورد بررسی قرار داده است.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چهارچوب نظری پژوهش، آمیزه‌ای از رویکرد تحلیل شبکه و مهارت‌آموزی و روش به‌کارگرفته‌شده پیمایش و جامعۀ آماری آن، فارغ&shy;التحصیلان شاغل دانشگاه خوارزمی است. اطلاعات و داده&shy;های آماری از طریق پرسشنامه و به‌صورت تلفنی از میان فارغ&shy;التحصیلان پیش‌گفته با حجم نمونۀ 344 نفر جمع‌آوری شده است. یافته&shy;های این پژوهش نشان می&shy;دهد که شبکۀ روابط اجتماعی قوی، نقش بیشتر و مؤثرتری در اشتغال فارغ&shy;التحصیلان دانشگاهی دارد و همچنین از میان مهارت&shy;های موردمطالعه و موردنیاز برای دست&shy;یابی به شغل، مهارت&shy;های نرم از اهمیت فزون‌تر و کارآمدتری نسبت به دیگر مهارت&shy;های فنی، سخت و آکادمیک برخوردار است.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this article is to study the job search of university graduates. The fundamental question is what factors are related to employment. Although some graduates have been successful in achieving their desired job, according to statistics, others have not been successful. At the macro level, economic growth, political stability, and business regulation are important, and at the micro and medium levels, the issue of social networking and employment skills is important for graduates. This article examines the micro and medium factors in the job search of university graduates. The theoretical framework is a combination of network analysis and skills approach. The research method is survey and its statistical population is the graduates of Kharazmi University. Statistical information and data were collected through a questionnaire and by telephone among university graduates with a sample size of 344 people. The findings of this study show that a strong social network has a greater and more effective role in the employment of university graduates. Also, among the skills studied to find a job, soft skills are more important and considerable than other technical, hard and academic skills.</div> شغل‌یابی, مهارت, شبکۀ روابط اجتماعی, فرصت‌های شغلی, فارغ‌التحصیلان.
