fa وندالیسم و حس تعلق مکانی در نواحی روستایی پیراشهر بیرجند پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">حس مکانی عاملی است که موجب تبدیل یک فضا به مکانی با خصوصیات حسی و رفتاری ویژه برای افراد می گردد. در این ارتباط، حس تعلق مکان به معنای ادراک ذهنی مردم از محیط و احساسات کم و بیش آگاهانه آنها نسبت به مکان است؛ اما عوامل متعددی در کاهش حس تعلق مکانی تاثیرگذار است که یکی از آنها ناامنی های ناشی از وندالیسم (فعالیت های خرابکارانه) است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین وندالیسم روستایی برکاهش حس تعلق مکانی روستاییان در روستاهای حاشیه شهر بیرجند است. در این مطالعه برای بررسی مسئله از روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی بهره گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 13 روستای پیراشهری شهر بیرجند بوده اند. <span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;">نمونه با توجه به فرمول کوکران و با خطای&nbsp; 0/07 درصد معادل 191 نفر تعیین گردید. </span>نتایج نشان داد سه نوع وندالیسم روستایی پیراشهر بیرجند شامل هنجارشکنی فرهنگی، تخریب و سرقت و قانون گریزی بوده است. همچنین اصلی‌ترین عامل اثرگذار بر رخداد وندالیسم</span>، ضعف اجرای قوانین بوده است. در مجموع می&shy;توان گفت محرومیت&shy;‌های سکونتگاه&shy;‌های پیراشهر بیرجند نسبت به مرکز (شهر) در کنار عامل تنوع قومی و فرهنگی منجر به </span><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&quot;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">دلزدگی فضایی</span></span><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&quot;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> جمعیت و گاهی تقابل با آن شده است. این امر، از یکسو حاکی از کیفیت پایین زندگی و آسایش ساکنان است و از سوی دیگر، توجه ویژه نظام برنامه‌&shy;ریزی برای گذار به سوی </span></span><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&quot;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقبولیت فضا&quot; نزد ساکنین را می‌&shy;طلبد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The sense of local belonging is a factor that alters a space into a place of special sensory and behavioral characteristics for individuals. The sense of belonging represents public perception of an environment and more or less conscious feelings about a place; however, there are several factors that weaken the sense of belonging, one of which is the insecurity resulted from vandalism. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between rural vandalism and weakening the sense of belonging among the peripheral rural areas of Birjand County. In this study, descriptive-analytical research method was used to investigate the problem. The population of the study consisted of 13 suburban villages of Birjand County. The sample was composed of 191 people determined based on Cochran&rsquo;s formula with an error rate of 0.07%. The results showed there are three types of rural vandalism in suburban villages of Birjand County, included: violating cultural norms, rubbery and demolition, and infraction. The main reason contributing to vandalism was the weak law enforcement. Overall, deprivation of settlements in suburban Birjand, compared to the central areas, along with ethnic and cultural diversity have led to &quot;spatial boredom&quot; of the population and occasionally their confrontation with it.
