fa مطالعه کیفی خرده فرهنگ جرم (تجربه زیسته لات بازی در میان زندانیان جرایم خشن استان مازندران) توسعه Development پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">در تحلیل جرم، جایگاه مفهوم&nbsp; فرهنگ در کنار مفاهیم و نظریه &shy;ها و رویکردهای جامعه &shy;شناختی و روانشناختی در قالب جرم &shy;شناسی فرهنگی بروز و نمود پیدا کرده است. این مقاله با هدف دستیابی به ساختار صورت&shy; بندی ذهن-ادراکی زندانیان جرایم خشن از تجربۀ تعلق خاطر به خرده فرهنگ لات بازی تدوین شده است. مهمترین پرسش این نوشتار به این شیوه تدوین شده است: زندانیان جرایم خشن که دارای مشخصات خرده فرهنگی خاص گروهی می &shy;باشند حالات، احساسات و ادراکات این افراد در موقعیت&shy; های مختلف چگونه است&shy;؟ این پژوهش با پارادایم تفسیرگرایی و با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی سعی در شناسایی تجارب زیسته لات&shy;‌ها برآمده است. به همین منظور با تعداد با تعداد 16 نفر از زندانیان جرایم خشن در زندان&shy;های مازندران مصاحبه انجام شده است. تحلیل متون حاصل از مصاحبه‌&shy;ها از طریق روش تحلیل گفتمان جیمز پل&shy;جی انجام شده است. از نتایج قابل توجه، علاو بر تفاوت و تناقض در احساس و کنش و هویت و گفتمان این زندانیان در حالت&shy;‌های مختلف&shy;، می&shy;توان به این نکته کلی اشاره کرد که یادگیری و استمرار خشونت در میان این زندانیان به &shy;منظور کسب لذت و حظ کردن از حضور در میدان&shy;‌های ابراز وجود لاتی&shy;گری از طریق مختل کردن ارادی احساسات کنترل&shy;‌گر (&shy;چشم و ذهن&shy;) صورت می&shy;‌پذیرد که البته این وضعیت با مرور زمان و مشاهده اثرات پیروزی بخش در میدان&shy;‌های خشونت و لات&shy;بازی (در قالب هیاهو و سرو صدا کردن و رجز خوانی و قمه‌&shy;کشی) جلوه عینی خود را بازنمایی کرده است. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In crime analysis, the position of the concept of culture along with sociological and psychological concepts, theories and approaches has emerged in the form of cultural criminology. This article has been compiled with the aim of achieving the structure of mental-perceptual formation of prisoners of violent crimes from the experience of belonging to the sub-culture of <em>Lotbazi</em>. The most important question of this article is formulated as follows: Prisoners of violent crimes who have specific subcultural characteristics of a group What are the moods, feelings and perceptions of these people in different situations? This research has tried to identify the lived experiences of the <em>Lats</em> with the paradigm of interpretiveism and using the phenomenological method. For this purpose, 16 prisoners of violent crimes in Mazandaran prisons have been interviewed. The analysis of the texts obtained from the interviews has been done through the discourse analysis method of James Pluggie. He pointed out that the learning and perpetuation of violence among these prisoners is done in order to enjoy and enjoy being in the realms of latency through the voluntary disruption of controlling emotions (eyes and minds).
