fa تحلیلی بر فرسودگی تحصیلی در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان امنیت Security پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تبیین نقش عوامل اجتماعی (درون دانشگاهی</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و برون دانشگاهی) و فردی </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مؤثر بر فرسودگی تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان است</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> که با سه مؤلفه‌ خستگی تحصیلی، بی‌علاقگی تحصیلی و ناکارآمدی تحصیلی سنجش شده است. این پژوهش با روش پیمایشی بر روی 329 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه اصفهان اجرا شد که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای و بر مبنای فرهنگ‌های رشته‌ای از میان رشته‌های مختلف انتخاب‌شده ‌بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بی‌انگیزگی تحصیلی، رضایت تحصیلی، امید به آینده شغلی و مشارکت علمی تأثیر مستقیم، و تعاملات استادـدانشجو، جوّ دپارتمانی، سرمایه نمادین و دیگران مهم تأثیر غیرمستقیم بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دارند. همچنین کیفیت محیط آموزشی و ارتباط با همکلاسی از قدرت تبیینی چندانی برخوردار نبودند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین عوامل فرسودگی تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان به‌ترتیب عبارتند از فقدان انگیزه، نارضایتی از تحصیل، ناامیدی از آینده شغلی و عدم مشارکت تحصیلی است. به‌طورکلی نتایج پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که عوامل اجتماعی از طریق عوامل فردی و در ترکیب پیچیده‌ای با آن‌ها بر فرسودگی تحصیلی اثر می‌گذارند و نقش هیچ‌یک از این عوامل قابل‌انکار نیست.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The main objective of this study is to explain the role of social (intra&nbsp;and extra-university) and individual factors of academic burnout among university students, measured by the three components of &ldquo;academic exhaustion&rdquo;, &ldquo;academic disinterest&rdquo; and &ldquo;academic inefficacy&rdquo;. The present study is a survey of 329 undergraduate and graduate students of the University of Isfahan, selected through stratified sampling method across a variety of disciplines. The results showed that academic motivelessness, educational satisfaction, hope for future employment and academic participation have a direct impact on academic burnout while the interaction between faculties and students, departmental atmosphere, symbolic capital, and significant others have an indirect impact. Also, the quality of the learning environment and contact with classmates did not show a significant relationship. The results showed that the most important causes of academic burnout among students are lack of motivation, dissatisfaction with education, disappointment in future employment and lack of academic participation.
