fa فراتحلیل تحقیقات انجام‌شده در حوزه مسائل اجتماعی ایران (با تأکید بر سوءمصرف مواد) پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 1cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><font color="#000000"><span b="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" style="font-family: ">موضوع مسئله اجتماعی در جامعه ایران، که در مرحله گذار و درحال توسعه است، موضوعی پیچیده و چندبعدی است و شناخت آن به هم&shy;فکری و کاوش عمیق فکری و علمی نیاز دارد. نتایج پیمایش ملی ارزش&shy;ها و نگرش&shy;های ایرانی نشان می&shy;دهد که ایرانیان اعتیاد را، پس&shy;از بیکاری و گرانی، در رده سوم مسائل جامعه ایران قرار داده&shy;اند. به&shy;دلیل اینکه اعتیاد در جامعه ایران مسئله اجتماعی است، فراتحلیل حاضر با هدف شناسایی مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر بر سوء&shy;مصرف مواد در تحقیقات انجام&shy;شده صورت گرفته است. روش تحقیق مقاله حاضر فراتحلیل است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کلیه مقالات با موضوع سوء&shy;مصرف مواد است که در سه مجله مسائل اجتماعی ایران، رفاه اجتماعی و اعتیادپژوهی از سال 1380 تا پایان سال 1392 چاپ شده&shy;اند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین تحقیقات با روش توصیفی&shy;ـ&shy;تحلیلی، اسنادی و تحلیل ثانویه انجام‌شده است. رویکرد رفتار انحرافی (کنترل اجتماعی، پیوند افتراقی و خرده‌فرهنگ بزهکار) از رویکردهای نظری غالب در تبیین سوءمصرف در تحقیقات مروری است.</span><span b="" dir="LTR" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" style="font-family: "> </span><span b="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" style="font-family: ">نتایج اندازه اثر نشان داد که متغیرهای دوستان معتاد (با اندازه اثر 33/0) و پیوستگی به خانواده (با اندازه اثر 27/0-) بیشترین تأثیر را بر سوء&shy;مصرف مواد در تحقیقات مرورشده داشته&shy;اند.</span></font></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 6pt 1cm 0pt; text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"></p> Social problem issues in a transitional and developing society such as Iran are complex and multi-dimensional which need contemplation and consultation with scholars to understand them. Results of &ldquo;National Survey of Values and Attitudes&rdquo; in Iran indicate that respondents count drug abuse as third social problems in society after unemployment and inflation. Due to drug addiction in society, a meta-analysis was performed with the aim of identifying the most important factors influencing drug abuse in the research conducted.&nbsp; The research method of this paper is meta-analysis. Population of the study were almost all scientific papers with the subject of drug abuse in three journals of &ldquo;Journal of Social Problems of Iran&rdquo;, &ldquo;Social Welfare Journal&rdquo; and &quot;Journal of Research on Addiction&quot; which were published in 2001 and 2013. Results: The results showed that most researches used cross-sectional, documents and secondary analysis as their method of study. The deviant behavior perspective (social control, differential association and criminal subculture) is the most important theoretical perspective that has been used to explain drug abuse. The results showed that effect size of variables of addicted friends (effect size= 0.33) and the attachment to family (effect size= - 0.27) has the greatest impact on drug abuse among studies reviewed.<br> &nbsp;<br> <br> &nbsp; مسائل اجتماعی, سوءمصرف مواد, فراتحلیل, رویکرد رفتار انحرافی.
