fa بررسی اثربخشی برنامه زندان مرکزی سنندج در کاهش گرایش زندانیان به تکرار جرم پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:1cm;">یکی از‌ شیوه&lrm;<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های پیش‌گیری از‌ جرم، پیش‌گیری از‌ تکرار جرم است که به وسیله اجرای برنامه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های مختلف در زندان‌های کشور انجام می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>گیرد. در این برنامه&shy; ها تلاش می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>شود زندانیان در کنار تحمل حبس به منزله مجازات، تحت آموزش&lrm;هایی قرار گیرند که گرایش آنان به تکرار جرم را کاهش دهد. از ‌سوی دیگر، از‌ مهم‌ترین شاخص<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های اثربخشی سیاست<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های کیفری، میزان تکرار جرم است. این پژوهش در‌پی پاسخ‌گفتن به این سؤال است که آیا برنامه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های مرتبط با پیش‌گیری از‌ تکرار جرم، که در زندان مرکزی سنندج اجرا می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>شود، اثربخش است؟ برای پاسخ به این سؤال، دو گروه 100 نفری آزمایش و کنترل (جمعاً 200 نفر) از‌ زندانیان به روش تصادفی نظام‌مند انتخاب شدند. برنامه آموزشی پیش‌گیری از‌ جرم در طی دو ماه برای افراد گروه آزمایش به اجرا درآمد و&nbsp; نهایتاً پرسش‌نامه گرایش به تکرار جرم در میان هردو گروه تکمیل شد و نتایج با هم مقایسه شد. بر‌اساس نتیجه آزمون تفاوت میانگین، گرایش به تکرار جرم در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل با احتمال خطای کمتر از ‌1 درصد معنی&shy;دار است؛ بنابراین، فرضیه پژوهش تأیید می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>‌شود. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، اجرای برنامه آموزشی پیش‌گیرانه در زندان مرکزی سنندج اثر<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>بخش بوده است.</p> <p>One type of crime prevention, is recidivism prevention which is carried out by various programs in prisons of the country<span dir="RTL">.</span> Through these programs alongside imprisonment, convicts go under programs that reduce their tendency toward crime. On the other hand, one of the most important indicators of the effectiveness of criminal policy is the rate of recidivism. This study seeks to answer the question whether the programs related to the prevention of recidivism in Sanandaj Central Prison are effective? To answer this question experimental and control groups (total of 200 people) of prisoners were selected by systematic sampling. Crime prevention training program was conducted over 2 months for the experimental group and finally questionnaire related to the tendency to repeat offenses were completed among both groups and the results were compared. Based on findings, the difference in means in the two groups was significant; In other words, preventive educational program in the central prison of Sanandaj, has been effective &nbsp;and has affected the rate of recidivism among prisoners.</p> پیش‌گیری از‌ جرم, گرایش به تکرار جرم, اثربخشی, زندان, سنندج.
