fa زیست پنهان در حاشیۀ دانشگاه؛ روایت تجربه زیستۀ نویسندگان شبح در ایران مسائل اجتماعی Social problems پژوهشی اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-family:IRLotus">این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد، به مطالعۀ تجربه زیستۀ نویسندگان شبح در ساختار آموزش عالی ایران پرداخته است. مشارکت‌کنندگان، ۱۲ نفر از نویسندگان شبح فعال در حوزۀ تولید متون علمی بودند که در شرایطی خاص فردی و نهادی به کنش‌گری در بازار غیررسمی نوشتار علمی روی آورده‌اند. یافته‌ها در قالب پنج مقولۀ اصلی تحلیل شده‌اند. شرایط علّی (مانند معیوب‌بودن بازار نشر و نابرابری فرصت‌های شغلی)، زمینه‌های پنهان تولید دانش، عوامل مداخله‌گر ساختاری و اقتصادی، راهبردهای کنش‌گران (مانند تعامل با سفارش‌دهنده، پنهان‌سازی هویت، و مقاومت یا تطبیق)، و پیامدها (به‌ویژه تجربۀ طرد نمادین و بحران هویت علمی). بازتولید و تحول موقعیت نویسندۀ شبح در ساختار علمی ایران به‌عنوان مقولۀ هسته این پژوهش انتخاب شُد. بر اساس این تحقیق، نویسندگان شبح، علی‌رغم برخورداری از سرمایۀ فرهنگی، به‌دلیل فقدان سرمایۀ نمادین، در موقعیتی مرزی و پُرتنش زیست می‌کنند. این مطالعه، با استفاده از نظریه‌های بوردیو و مارکس، نویسندگی شبح را همچون شکلی از کار فکری نامرئی، کالایی‌شدن دانش، و بی‌عدالتی ساختاری در دانشگاه تحلیل کرده است. در پایان، بر ضرورت بازنگری در سیاست‌های ارزیابی علمی و به‌رسمیت‌شناسی این لایۀ پنهان از تولید دانش تأکید شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This qualitative study explores the lived experiences of ghost authors operating within Iran&rsquo;s higher education system, using a grounded theory approach. The study identifies five major categories: causal conditions (such as academic precarity and unregulated publication practices), contextual factors (including the invisible structures of knowledge production), intervening conditions (like institutional norms and economic pressures), strategic responses (such as negotiation with clients, identity concealment, and resistance or adaptation), and consequences, particularly symbolic exclusion and identity fragmentation. These individuals possess high levels of cultural capital but are deprived of symbolic capital and institutional legitimacy. Drawing on theoretical perspectives from Bourdieu and Marx, the study frames ghost authorship as a form of invisible intellectual labor, reflecting broader processes of academic commodification, symbolic injustice, and institutional hypocrisy.
